Early College Recruitment Information

Counselors from Early College EAST and Craven Early College will visit each middle school in Craven County during the last two weeks of January to share information and opportunities about the early colleges in Craven County and what sets us apart from traditional high schools.

Evening Information Sessions for families and students will take place January 27-29 to learn more about both programs and the application process.

Early College East will be hosting a floating Open House on Monday, February 16, from 2:00 to 4:00. Visiting ECE will allow you to see our space, talk to teachers, and ask current students questions about their early college experience. This is a great way to determine if attending one of the early colleges is a good fit for you.

The Early College Application will be open February 1-28, 2026.

All Early College Information will also be available on the Craven County Schools website under Academics > High School Education > Early College Information:

https://www.cravenk12.org/academics/high-school-education/early-college-information or https://bit.ly/EarlyCollege_APPLY
