Mrs. Crystal Sanders

My name is Crystal Sanders and I am the College & Career Readiness Coordinator at Early College EAST where I have the opportunity to help students as they transition from high school to college and their future careers. Previously  I had the pleasure of teaching elementary school for twelve years.  

I grew up in WV but have called Eastern NC home since moving here in 2000; being near the beach is a much better place for me! My husband and I have been blessed with two children who keep us very busy with their crazy schedules. 

In my free time, I enjoy watching the many sporting events my children are involved in, visiting with my family both near and far, traveling to new places, kayaking and reading a book while sitting at the beach or by the pool. 

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from UNCW and a Master of Education Degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University. During my career, I have also obtained National Board Certification.
